What do you think about BTC.b on Avalanche chain? I’ve just started to use btc.b instead of wbtc because of less commissions on this chain and I also can deposit btc.b on Aave and then use it in Defi as well. Btc.b can also be transferred to BTC native chain through Avax bridge. However I haven’t found out yet what way is more reliable and profitable to use: WBTC or BTC.b

I just did something similar about a week ago. I had a year left on my ‘22 Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude lease. I was interested in a ‘24 Dodge Hornet R/ T. They bought my Jeep lease out from the leasing company with about $1,300.00 positive equity (on the low side lol since I see they are selling it for about $7k more than they bought it for), but that’s okay by me bc I got out of it and another year of payments early. I did something similar on a previous ‘20 Ram lease (with $7k equity) as I was able to get into the ‘22 Jeep lease but that was only 5 months early.

The thing you didn't mention in your video is that financing through a solar provider adds additional deal fees to your total cost. It's much cheaper to find your own loan either barrowing against retirement plans, an insurance policy, or a HELOC. That way, you pay cash price for the equipment and install, saving yourself another $10k. I'm currently in the process of securing the financing myself because the total cost when financing through a solar vendor is ridiculous and greatly diminishes the value of it. Also, insuring that you get good panels, they can last 40 years and still continue making you money long after you pay off the loan. By the way, it's "Would have paid" not "Would of paid" if you want to be taken seriously.

    • @SuitTV

If they want your lease back early you likely have accrued some value. 6,500 is pretty low, so I'm guessing you can profit either buying it from them or selling it back to them

bottom line. nobody puts in solar (or windmills) without government subsidies. So, those who go solar pass the cost on to tax payers and rate payers. The price will never come down while government offers subsidies. They should cut all subsidies and let the market settle this.

Did a LOT of research. My Hyundai Finance lease isn't up until October 2024. For me, easiest task is to turn in the current Hyundai Kona I drive (a 2022 Kona Limited) and lease another Kona (maybe the EV this time?) and since I'm a 5-time loyal customer, I've been getting some sweet dealership loyalty perks (same local Hyundai dealership for all my leases). This time, in 2024, used car prices are dropping like blue ice from an airplane toilet seat, so selling my leased Hyundai this time is more trouble than it's worth.
